The directors of the MS Therapy Centre have resigned - effective from 1st December. A letter to that effect has been sent recorded delivery to the Company Secretary at Centre and a copy to her home address. Companies House has been informed.

In the light of the current lack of confidence by members and the board having no reliable instrument of management at the Centre, it has been decided to leave the way clear for members to elect a board of their choice.

All Centre members will receive their own letter of explanation in the next 48 hours. This will include supporting documents such as financial projections, key notes, letters and emails, as well as the documents made available here
